Heather is absolutely amazing. She has been an amazing nurse for my son J. She is so caring and thoughtful when it comes to him. She is super proactive and almost like a 2nd mom to him. All his nurses are exceptional, but Heather has all the bit more love and compassion towards him. She makes the extra effort to make sure he is comfortable and at peace.
While staying here at UMC we have been through many nurses but the one person who has been a huge impact on my son's recovery has been Heather. She listens to my wants and needs for my son and she accommodates and if she can't she will find someone who can. And for that reason, I nominated Heather for the DAISY Award.
