The level of compassion she showed us in during our stay was awesome and we are thankful!
She answered every question with care. She went over everything we could think of at our discharge. The level of compassion she showed us in during our stay was awesome and we are thankful! She truly cares about those in her care, and it shows. Making it much more comfortable for the parents and newborn.

Every interaction we had with Heather made us smile. She was knowledgeable and very attentive whenever we needed anything.

Heather was outstanding as a nurse for my baby and me. She was very helpful in my c-section recovery, as well as with my breastfeeding journey. Heather made me feel better about my unplanned c-section with her supportive care. Also, my baby would not want to wake up to eat or try to latch on, so Heather fed her my breastmilk a few times with a spoon and a cup to get her more awake and ready to actually nurse from me.

Heather always goes above and beyond for each and every patient. She has a way of making patients and families feel at ease and comfortable during their stay, which can be a new or scary place for some. Heather always makes sure each and every question or concern, not only from the mother, but also the family has been answered. She takes great pride in her work and gets truly excited when she sees her hard work pay off, like when the mom gets the newborn latched by herself for the first time after she has spent hours at the bedside helping and educating, or after she has followed one of her “playbooks” for a mom whose labor is going longer than anticipated and they then deliver on her shift. Heather has a true passion for LDRP, and it shows through her great work.
