Heather has been with us for six years. She is a nurse that continues to go above and beyond her duties. In a hectic and chaotic environment, when the RN is pulled in all directions, she has complete follow through with patients and staff. She calls patients after their visit to make sure they are ok and happy with their care.
She is one of the most positive individuals in the clinic. Heather sees the possibility for greatness in a crazy, short-staffed day. She picks up extra shifts when we are short. She backs up her MA's by jumping in and doing 100% patient care. She has a good rapport with the providers, and they trust her leadership skills.
She has taken on many responsibilities in the clinic (autoclave lead, purchaser, point of care testing lead, staff scheduler). She is a fantastic nurse leader. She is not just a nurse, but an educator and mentor to others. She leads by example. We are lucky to have her working at PMG!
