Heather had an extremely busy day but took the time to sit with me to see how I was REALLY feeling physically and mentally. I've been going through a lot with my illness and quarantine and I really feel like she genuinely cared about what I said and she NEVER made the conversation rushed. On top of that, she reassured me that no matter how busy she was, she would make sure I would be getting whatever I needed. Heather is very caring and informative.
