On a cold, wintery day, ground transport was preparing for a trip with a very critical patient and needed a nurse to come along to assist on the journey. One of our Critical Care Nurses, Heather didn't hesitate and went along with the team. She takes every opportunity to go above and beyond for her patients even under special circumstances.
