I had surgery at Verdugo Hills Hospital, Heather Whipp took care of me before and after my surgery. She was very friendly and professional. Heather made me feel very comfortable, and most of all, not alone. When I woke up I could see her talking and doing a little dance with the other nurses. Her smile and cheerful spirit were very calming for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was undergoing an ambulatory surgical procedure. Heather Whipp was my nurse pre and post-op. She was so nice in explaining everything that was going to happen to me and kept a watchful eye on me, even when attending to other patient needs.
