Heather is very knowledgeable and always seems to be on top of things. She is a favorite charge nurse because of her patience and understanding. Doctors seem to respect her as well as fellow nurses. Heather goes above and beyond by making sure that everyone has what they need to care for their patients. Heather is also our Magnet champion. She sets a great example for all!
