heather williams 2018, RN

I firmly believe that all nurses are true blessings, but the nurse that I had today was beyond just being my nurse! She listened to what I was going through and made me feel like I was her main concern. I was livid with fear today and Heather talked me right through it. She explained everything that was being done to me and made me feel like she truly cares. On top of being an awesome nurse, she is also an Army Veteran and she served us for 12 years. Just when I thought she couldn't get any better, she did! She was indeed my guardian angel today and it made me feel so much better. What a truly special lady that I met today, it was under not so good circumstances but she made everything so much better. I will never forget her, my guardian angel.
