I get my blood drawn every 6 months, and they always have difficulty and always have to make me do things to bring my veins to the surface. I'm a multiple stick with scar tissue. It's always painful when they stick me, and several times I've had the ultrasound machine used, which is also very painful. Heather was very gentle, took her time, and was able to get my IV started without problems on the first stick. She was able to get it started without pain and was very compassionate. I feel God sent her to be with me for my procedure on my birthday and guided her. She is truly a Godsend, and I am so thankful she was by my side. She kept me calm and comfortable from start to finish. She truly loves her job, and it shows through her work.
