From transport from SF to the loving care Heather showed me and my baby, it will all forever be appreciated. She was full of helpful advice when it came to be breast-feeding she even made lactation cookies. She is a very authentic, real person who made me feel comfortable and okay leaving my baby. From the everyday care to going above and beyond. As a person, I will forever be grateful. The care to my baby, the advice, the always making sure I had everything I needed and more, it is all memorable. She inspired me to call my baby "girlfriend" too. Want and need more nurses like Heather.
