My mother was moved to the 6th floor from the ER. That’s when we met “Heaven.” As my mother said, she was a little bit of Heaven. Heaven was the most delightful person we have ever met. Always smiling, eager to help, tender-hearted and so compassionate about her job. My mother could not wait for Heaven to get back to work the next day. Heaven is such an extraordinary nurse and definitely has “a healer’s touch.”
