He was very professional and explained everything clearly during my daughter's IVIG Infusion. He answered all questions and even had an awesome ability to interact and calm our daughter. He didn’t miss a single piece of information when giving other nurses a debrief. He also took fantastic initiative and helped other nurses with their duties. He explained everything about the IVIG process as well as risks giving us a 100% informed decision-making process with no surprises.
