When we found out that my father-in-law was at the end of his road, God sent us a wonderful gift, Nurse Hector Dones. He was everything we needed and more. He went over and beyond to ensure my father-in-law's wishes were respected and honored- all while ensuring that the whole family's needs were taken care of. Hector is an extraordinary person inside and out- and it reflects in his work. I cannot thank him enough.

I'm honoring Hector because I believe that he went above and beyond his call duty. During my admittance, Hector made sure that my every need was met. I felt like I was the only patient he had. I reached a couple of very confused and scary low points with my illness and Hector was there to talk me through and inspired me to stay positive. He reassured me that everything would be alright. The amazing and extraordinary compassion and comforting touch he extended to me and my family helped make us feel at peace. No matter what task is at hand, Hector had solutions. He performed and got the job done! He always followed through and never left me hanging. He paid attention to every detail and always had a plan to follow. He was refreshing to see and always spread joy around. My wife wanted to wrap him up and take him home with us! He was truly a blessing that will never be forgotten. One of God's miracles!
