January 2010 Honoree
hector sison, RN
Hector Sison, RN
3-West
When losing a loved
becomes too hard to
cope with, many might
begin to experience
physical illnesses from
the overwhelming
emotions. That was the
case for a particular
patient who lost her husband this
February. After his passing, she began to
experience severe migraines that landed
her in the hospital. With the help of
Hector’s caring heart and sense of humor,
he was able to nurse her back to health,
help ease her grieving and make her laugh.
“I didn’t think it was possible to ever laugh
again, but he made me smile and laugh.”
Hector Sison is being awarded for his
compassion, generous medical care,
and outstanding character.
Congratulations, Hector.
