You will always get Ms. Sai cheerful and willing to do anything that is asked of her, even coming in on her valuable day off to help set up a second Covid ICU.

Sai has shown responsibility for staff in the Covid ICU by ensuring supplies are available and making sure all staff is safe to practice by ensuring rest and breaks are taken.
