Heena was incredibly respectful, professional, sweet and I could tell she genuinely cared about my wellbeing. Heena had worked a double shift the day I was under her care, and she still gave the best experience I could have asked for with my stay. Out of all the nurses, I felt as if she were one of my family members. Heena took extra time to explain my questions of what was going on, what I needed, what was going to come, and even communicated with my family I had in my room. I would compare her compassionate and motherly qualities to those of Mother Teresa, that's how great her care was. I didn't want her to leave my room. Heena truly brightened my mood.
Heena truly should be commended as I feel this is how she is with all patients. Her aura is bright, positive and comforting. She truly cares. I will never forget her and what she has done for me.
