I can tell you over a hundred stories of how Heidi exemplifies a compassionate, knowledgeable, and hard-working nurse. One story comes to mind where I had seen a patient with a breast concern but was nervous to come to the office because of the potential outcome. When I shared the situation with Heidi, not only did Heidi promptly get her in the breast center for her testing, but she also sat her in her office and fully explained what was happening and then physically walked her to her next appointment so the patient wasn't by herself. Afterward, at a follow-up appointment, the patient told me how appreciative she was for the care and compassion she received from Heidi.
