Heidi is very involved with taking care of me and answers all my questions.  Heidi is very patient and comforting.  She listens to me.  She makes me feel like I matter.  She and her team are great together and they are courteous to each other.  She seems to be one step ahead in noticing what is needed, and she assists her team too.  THANK YOU!!
