The day before my surgery, Heidi was so kind and helped me by getting the hotel voucher and Gatorade for me. On the day of the surgery, when Heidi walked by my room, she looked in, smiled, and waved to me, and that was nice of her. She is a very compassionate and caring nurse. OSF is very lucky to have her!
