I want to thank you for the bottom of my heart. You were so nice and caring in the emergency room. You were so kind to keep me and the patient's sister informed of the patient's condition and what to expect. You helped us prepare for the patient's death so much and that made it much easier on us. You are a very rare person to be so caring about other people. I will always remember how caring you were and wish you and your family a long and healthy life. I know I can never thank you enough.
