Heidi was exceptional in spirit and concern. She helped me get ready for a heart cath. Very professional in all of my dealings with her. She was at my beck and call all of the time. It seemed like she was stationing herself just outside of the curtain. She answered all my questions that she could and told me a doctor would explain everything she could not answer. There are times that it only takes a kind word or action to put people at ease and she did that continuously. I told her I would give her a “smiley face if I could”. She was a bright light on a troublesome day for me. Nurses and aides are really good at Rex. I know since I have been a patient several times this year. She was the best. Here are her 2 smiley faces!
