Heidi Nagy has made a difference in my care here at Good Shepherd Hospital - in so far as always checking on me and making sure I was comfortable at all times. She made sure my room was kept spotless which is very hard to do in this environment. She was a great listener and took the time to hear what I had to say regarding my care, treatment and care planning with my input. She always double checked a medication before I took anything to make sure it was the right dose and quantity.
