Heidi has been a nurse since 2005, working at St. Joseph's since 2007. She functions as Clinical Lead, preceptor, and is a Clinical Nurse III in the Clinical Ladder. Heidi has been a part of several initiatives, most notably functioning as Team Lead on the Discharge Transformational Care Team. Heidi is consistently recognized by her patients, co-workers and students for her excellent care and compassion. She consistently models our core values for others. She strongly advocates for her patients and excels at creative problem solving. Heidi demonstrates a professional, extremely pleasant demeanor and is a joy to work with.
