I was recently at your hospital and your medical staff took great care of me. In fact, they saved my life. While all the nurses were really good to me, there was one that really stood out. Her name was Heidi Rush, in the ICU. Not only did she take excellent care of me, but she took the time to take care of my family as well. She is a very compassionate and skilled nurse.

On top of taking care of my medical needs, she gave me a sponge bath, haircut, and shave. Most importantly, she removed the catheter without any pain. Heidi made me feel human after my medical ordeal. I have been in the hospital many times in the past ten years and of all the nurses, Heidi stands out. She has integrity, compassion, and intelligence and is an all-around caring person. I have been out of the hospital for four days and we are all still talking about Heidi. She was wonderful to my wife and daughters because she realized how frightened they were. From their first meeting, she took the time to talk to my family and reassure them as best she could.
