Heidi was very professional and kind to me. I had back surgery and went to the rehab unit. While there I became very ill and my incision came open. Heidi was constantly changing the dressing on my back because it was draining so much. This caused me to go through all of my clothes. Heidi volunteered to do my laundry. She was always there to help me out of bed to the bathroom. She made sure my vitals were taken often and I was comfortable. She talked to my husband to be sure he was okay. In general Heidi's care for me was extraordinary. I have never met anyone that cared so much!
