Heidi was very helpful in the overall care of my husband. She was exceptionally professional yet we felt Heidi really went out of her way to check on questions and situations that came up. Heidi always took time with us and we could feel the compassion felt for the patients. We had one incident where we were stranded at another facility because of transportation difficulties. Heidi solved the situation. She is definitely a caring and outstanding nurse!
