My husband was in a critical state of health, he had a large blood clot in his right lung, had developed pneumonia and was not responding to treatment. He was breathing with a c-pap 24/7. Heidi was so gentle, and careful of my husband's handling. She was always positive for me. She never appeared rushed, she took her time with both of us, as we were her only concern. She was the consummate nurse, by any definition. She is a gift to any patient, especially a very sick one. She is the support every spouse (family member) needs!
