Heidi comes in on her off days to help with not just her patients, but with every patient that needs help. She worked 6 days in a row to make sure that patients' needs were met and to relieve the stress from her fellow nurses. She misses lunch or shortens her lunches to take care of the patients. All in all Heidi goes above and beyond for her patients, making sure that they are comfortable, safe and not in any pain.
