I am very familiar with Holy Cross as all my family and friends have been patients here. My mother has had approximately 15 hospitalizations over 2 years. This admit she was on 2B, every single nurse and CNA was so thoughtful, attentive, and compassionate.
It has to be the nurse manager setting the stage to have such a team of great nurses. As you know, having a loved one in the hospital is difficult. I know she is in the right place.
I spoke to the manager about how great her nurses were. Heinrich was equally compassionate and sensitive to my needs. Healthcare is a tough job and management very tough.
