Helen assisted me greatly during my stay. She answered all of my questions with a smile on her face and if she did not know the answer, she quickly got on the phone and found the person who did. She was excellent at administering the tests and vitals. Helen is very friendly, very hospitable, and I felt she treated me as one of her own family members. She is definitely doing what she loves because it shows, from her skilled nursing to her people skills. She was even over the top excellent the morning of my procedure, she administered needed fluids, and took special care of me.
