A family member wanted to thank Helen for her sensitivity when she disclosed how difficult things had become for her since May when her husband's behaviour at home changed so significantly. She stated Helen made her feel safe and listened to she appreciated the information Helen provided on ongoing support and advice and it was the first time she had felt safe enough to disclose what had been happening at home to anyone outside her family. This led to a supported safeguarding referral.
