For six months, Helen provided unending care for our daughter. She went above the normal care. Our daughter never lacked for hugs and cuddles. She blossomed when with Helen. We were away for one week and got daily phone calls, keeping us updated on our child's progress. We never would have been able to get away, if our daughter didn't have the care she got. The whole NICU deserves this award. But Helen, touched our hearts and helped heal our daughter through her unending love and care!
