She establishes and readjusts methods to assure on-time achievement of goals and assigns personnel and appropriate allocation of resources. She inspires and encourages staff to use their abilities to fully accomplish work and personal goals. She provides effective feedback to staff, resolves personal problems as needed, and holds staff accountable for results. She gets points across clearly and effectively when giving instructions. She demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions in moments of uncertainty with the appropriate sense of urgency. She initiates change when appropriate and embraces and supports organizational change initiatives. She accurately assesses people’s strengths and developmental needs and provides feedback and suggestions to improve performance.
