Helen often goes above and beyond for both the patients and staff. Her most recent moment was a morning she came in on her time-off (she was on-call and a c day). Helen did the lab draw on a pediatric patient who was a difficult stick. She ensured that the patient was as comfortable as possible so that the patient and his parents were less traumatized.
