Helen Murrel RN, BS was nominated by the mother of a patient who wrote, “Honestly I do not know how I would have been able to cope without knowing I had someone like Nurse Helen to count on. “ She goes on to say, “ If my son were able to communicate clearly and write this, I know what he would say. He would say: “Thank you Nurse Helen for giving my mother so much of your time and kindness. You have given her so many tools to help her take good care of me and to help her get through some really challenging years”.
