Nurse Helen looked after my son H who died at 2 days old on the neonatal unit. I can remember seeing Helen's face when the doctors broke the bad news. She had tears as if she was feeling the same pain as me, she looked after H like he was one of her own. She took pictures for us so we could keep them in a memory box and was always there for support whenever I needed it.
