She was most concerned about my well-being. She would explain what she was doing and why. She was engaging and very professional in all interactions. She also showed me how to care for myself. She cared so much about my healing and it truly showed in her interactions with me. She is a great teacher and a caring nurse. Hats off to Helen for her excellence and professionalism.

I have been a nurse for 35+ years. I have never been hospitalized, but I have taken care of many family members who were. Helen is one of the most caring, thorough, compassionate nurses I have ever met. She made me feel safe, calm, and I knew when she was my nurse that I would be cared for like I was family. We should all be more like Helen.
