Helena is a PCC who is quick to help others in their time of need. Her knowledgeable actions help to expedite patient care. She is pleasant under stressful conditions and takes charge when action is needed. She demonstrates positive internal customer service. Whenever I need help to locate an MD or PA in the ER, she patches me through in an instant which in turn carries over to immediate care to the patient. Her presence helps to improve workflow and I'm sure that the providers and other members of the EC would agree that she is a gem. I appreciate her and am grateful for any assistance I receive from her. She is a positive and knowledgeable asset and exudes quality care and the importance of UHS's goals for outstanding service.
