Hellen Frank, RN II

I have never had such an attentive nurse! During the course of my stays at FMH, I have met multiple nurses, doctors, and health professionals but Nurse Hellen made me feel heard. Hellen made a special effort to change my hospital bed out when I told her that the noise was keeping me up at night because the bed was automatic and noisy. The bottom line is, Hellen made an impact on my stay at FMH which was very stressful. She listened to me when I told her about my health concerns and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. I have never felt compelled to give accolades to any health provider, not because I am picky or a bad patient, but because I know exceptional care and true empathy when I see it.
