May took care of our son during his final days. She administered medication with compassion. She apologized for sticking him and for clearing the fluids from his chest.
She held my hand and expressed sorrow for our son and our family as the medication failed to improve his condition.
I observed May helping others in ICU as the need arose. Others helped her as needed and helped her turn our son. Such a great team here in ICU.

Certainly not a job for May but a calling. She loves what she does and does not complain about tasks such as cleaning up after a bowel movement.
