Upon our admission, Kester showed the right values of an exceptional nurse. He has the capability to look after his patients and was able to cheer me up. On a daily basis he makes sure that all of his patients are happy. On a personal note, he has a positive attitude towards work and full of energy. When I was sick and on an intense pain, he was always there to monitor me and my condition. He made sure that I was going to be okay and pain free. He extends all of his efforts in doing everything for me. He treated me and my wife as a family member and makes sure of that. He's like our son. Kester is incomparable in terms of tender, loving care. This hospitalization marked my heart and made me realize that Kester is a great nurse. He touched my heart, he made a difference and left an enormous change in our lives. Kudos to all 11 south managers and nurses for developing and creating Kester as a great nurse. Up until discharge, he made sure that all of my medications were given and he stayed with us all the whole time to take care of me.
