Henrietta is an extraordinary example of a DAISY Nurse. She is respectful of all patients and is mindful of cultural diversity. Her standards of care are high. Henrietta treats patients as she would treat her family.
If I have questions regarding charting, I know I can ask Henrietta. She teaches charting classes to new employees. Henrietta is an active member of our nursing team. We see her often performing skin assessment rounds. We can rely on Henrietta as a team player in the ICU where we often need the assistance of more than one nurse with patient care and treatment.
