I have worked with Henri for 14 years and she always puts the patient's needs first. She does this with a team-centered approach. She communicates with the floor RN, the patient, the families, and the physician. Henri makes herself visible and approachable and when I work with her I never worry about the case management aspect of any of my patients.

Henri goes above and beyond each and every day on behalf of advocacy for the patient/family, the hospital, and the payer. She works tirelessly to see that a patient receives a clinically appropriate, safe discharge, at the least restrictive next level of care that the patient/family desires. Henri jumps in to help solve issues, to educate others, and to help hold everyone accountable to the high standards our patients deserve. She does not just identify the issue; she helps to explain the reason behind a problem or decision.
