There are some nights when the patient is irritable and her IV machine frequently alarms because she moves a lot because she‘s not feeling well. When we call him, he goes to the patient immediately and helps her. He always talks calmly to the patient and makes sure that she feels ok that’s why my mother (the patient) has built her trust in him. My mother is always happy every time Nurse Henry is her nurse because she is confident that he will take good care of her and makes her feel more safe.
