My daughter has been an A.L.L. cancer patient at DSMC since 2017. Henry Head has always shown extreme professionalism, sincerity, and attention to her. Any questions, fears, or uncertainties have compassionately been addressed and answered.
One day, my daughter wanted to give up and leave her care. Henry was direct and sincere with her and changed her mind about leaving. Henry has always been truthful, and we appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.
One day when we were supposed to check-in, Henry spoke to me and assured me she would have a room, as the hospital was at capacity which put her care behind three weeks. She indeed did get a room (a big one, very quiet, at the end of the hall), and her anxiety needs were addressed. Henry, hands down, has gone that extra mile to make my daughter feel important and well cared for. He explained her cancer and care and eased her fear with every question or tear. I praise him for the excellent care he has given my beloved daughter.
