My mother was admitted to our local hospital and transferred to UMMC Shock Trauma two days later. She had only ever been in the hospital to give birth before this. Everyone on the staff here has been great but Henry has been the best.
Henry treats Mom like she is family. He made her feel so safe and protected that she actually let us all go home and stayed alone all night. When she couldn't stand her messed up hair any longer, Henry brushed it out, braided it for her, and put a bow in it.
My entire family was very impressed with the gentleness and compassion Henry showed not only to Mom but also to our entire family. He went above and beyond our expectations.
