I got to see another side of Henry while hospitalized. Henry made daily visits to ensure I was getting the best care. He would sit and connect with me, ensuring my mind and spirit were being taken care of along with my body. Henry was very compassionate, shared similar experiences, and provided encouragement during a very scary time for me. Mostly, he made me laugh, especially when we strategized on how to keep my doctor happy and sneak in good food.
Henry even had my grandma looking forward to his visits. I appreciate how he listened attentively to her and allowed her to express her feelings about my illness. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Henry and his team. Henry was a great source of comfort and reassurance during my entire hospital stay with his positive energy and caring heart. Thank you, a million times!
