Despite the long appointments in the eye clinic and the long routine to see the doctor, when I came to the clinic I was surprised by the nurse treatment. She introduced herself, her colleagues, washed her hands before anything, and she asked me to wash my hands and explained the importance of it. In addition, she explained the eye drops since I have to use them whenever I have to check my eyes. She gave a beautiful image of the hospital and the staff. Despite the long waiting time, I am so pleased by her performance. I thank her so much.
