Hesiel Austria is a Staff Nurse 3 specially working in Diabetic Foot Clinic. She is able to organize calling patients without them complaining. There were some patients who actually didn't have any appointments but were satisfied of her service for being polite and discreet in dealing with them. Extremely kind and hard working. Very helpful to anyone to both patients and multidisciplinary team. Everybody wants to have her in the area and will give their recommendation to promote her as Staff Nurse 2 because she can manage the area alone. If outside her clinic, others ask her help and she doesn't mind to stretch. She is very careful with all the patients for safety and moves with compassion to the needy.
