Hilal cared for our father during a very critical health issue. His knowledge of medical care and delivery was evident as we observed his consistent performance over several days. Hilal continuously explained the treatments being administered. This communication gave our father and family further medical education and reduced anxiety.
Hilal excelled in continually being attentive to our father's emotional needs. He was respectful, patient, and calm as he provided care with a compassionate demeanor. My father stated, "That guy really cares about me. He looks me right in the eye when he talks to me, too." This exceptional whole-patient care provided our father with a sense of calmness and peace. Hilal's compassionate demeanor and upmost nursing skills would be a blessing to any patient and their family members.
